Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, contact us at hello@sundae.press.

In order to raise a claim for any lost orders, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the delivery.

Shipping

Sundae Press ships from the UK to mainland UK only.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within working hours, Monday to Friday.

Returns

We hope you will be very happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, please note the following conditions for returns:

• Returns must be set in motion within 21 days of receiving your order. We cannot offer a refund for anything received after this time. To start a return, please contact us at hello@sundae.press

• Returns are at the customer’s expense. They should be posted to the following address:

• Returned items must be in sellable condition. Sundae Press reserves the right to reject returns and refuse to refund them if they are not suitable for resale.
